Takashima I Ching is an independent online service offering I Ching readings and AI-assisted interpretations for cultural interest, personal reference, and entertainment only. By using it, you agree to these terms.
1. Sign-in - You sign in with Google (or email where available). Keep your account secure; you're responsible for activity under it.
2. Purchases - Paid items are digital credits (e.g. deep-reading credits), priced in British pounds (GBP) and processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Credits are added once payment is confirmed. See the [Refund Policy](REFUND_POLICY.md).
3. Be reasonable - Please don't abuse, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to the site, or use it unlawfully.
4. As-is - The service and AI-generated interpretations are provided without a guarantee of accuracy or outcome. They are for reflection and entertainment only. See the [Disclaimer](DISCLAIMER.md).
5. Privacy - We handle your data as described in the [Privacy Policy](PRIVACY_POLICY.md).
6. Changes - These terms may be updated from time to time; continued use means you accept the update.
